Latest stable releases AirScout V1.4.x.x universal binaries:
These universal binaries are running on the following operating systems:
- Windows 32bit & 64bit, all versions Vista - 10
- Linux (with Mono Runtime Environment, see Readme_Linux.txt)
These versions are stable but introducing some new experimental features (not guaranteed to work) as:
- new ASTER digital elevation model, covering most of the Earth surface (-83° .. + 83°)
- stand-alone CAT interface for rig control via serial port, based on the OmniRig source code (both Windows and Linux)
- interface to OmniRig V1.9 and V2.1 for simultaneous access to rig from multiple programs (Windows only)
- automatic Doppler shift compensation, very useful on frequencies > 1.2 GHz
- sneak preview of AirScout running in Browser
These versions are co-existent with V1.3.x. You can have both versions in parallel on your computer.

AirScout View Client universal binaries, experimental:These universal binaries are running on the following operating systems:
- Windows 32bit & 64bit, all versions Vista - 10
- Linux (with Mono Runtime Environment, see Readme_Linux.txt)

These versions are introducing a small and lightweight view client to connect to another AirScout instance and get the data from. No need for a local elevation, station or aircraft database!

AirScout cleanup tool for database crash repair! (AirScout_clean.cmd)
Right+click on the link to download this file to your AirScout program directory.
Open an Explorer window, navigate to your AirScout program directory and clcik on "AirScout_clean.cmd" to run it.
You will get a new AirScout startup sreen like this:

Please make sure that the "AirScout Database" and "ScoutBase Database" options are ticked.
You may untick the "Elevation Files" option to keep your downloaded elevation files.
Press >Continue> to erase files and start AirScout from the scratch.
